Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability; ee7777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ee7777 dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters in connection with any action not subject to arbitration.
